氧化石墨烯改性无机水合盐三元定形相变材料的研究 被引量:1

摘要 首先制备出两种无机水合盐三元相变材料低共熔混合物体系,再采用真空吸附法分别将上述相变材料吸附到多孔的膨胀珍珠岩中,然后选用氧化石墨烯对其进行改性,提高了导热系数,并用高密度聚乙烯进行封装制备出定形相变材料。通过SEM、FT-IR、DSC、XRD等手段对样品进行了分析,研究了相变材料吸附量及氧化石墨烯掺量对定形相变材料热性能的影响。结果表明,当相变材料吸附量分别为74.8%、72.4%时,两种体系的珍珠岩复合相变材料的热性能最佳,相变温度分别为30℃、49℃,相变焓分别为82J/g、134J/g;在最佳吸附量下,当氧化石墨烯掺量为0.6%时,两种体系的定形相变材料的热性能最佳,相变温度分别为28℃、42℃,相变焓分别为77J/g、122J/g。 Two low eutectic mixtures of inorganic hydrated salt ternary phase change material(PCM)were prepared,then using porous expanded perlite to adsorb it by vacuum adsorption method.The thermal conductivity of the PCM was improved by graphene oxide(GO).The shape-stabilized PCM were prepared by encapsulation with HDPE.The samples were analyzed by SEM,IR,DSC and XRD.The effects of adsorption amount and GO content on the thermal properties of the PCM were studied.The results shown that when the adsorption capacity of PCM was 74.8%and 72.4%,the thermal properties of phase change perlite in the two systems were the best.The phase change temperatures were 30℃and 49℃,and the phase change enthalpies were 82 J/g and 134 J/g.Under the optimal adsorption capacity,when the content of GO was 0.6%,the thermal properties of the PCM in the two systems were the best.Excellent,the phase transition temperature were 28℃and 42℃,and the phase change enthalpies were 77 J/g and122 J/g.
