摘要
以端羟基环氧乙烷-四氢呋喃共聚醚(PET)和3-羟甲基-3-甲基氧杂环丁烷为原料,三氟化硼·乙醚络合物为催化剂,经过阳离子开环聚合反应制备出多羟基环氧乙烷-四氢呋喃共聚醚(MHPET)。并通过红外光谱、核磁共振氢谱、碳谱和差热等手段对产物的结构及性能进行表征。结果表明:PET端羟基转化为多羟基聚醚链段,MHPET的玻璃化转变温度为-61.9℃,20℃时黏度为22.09Pa·s,与N100固化之后所得聚氨酯弹性体胶片在室温下的力学性能为拉伸强度2.58MPa,断裂伸长率121%。
The multi-hydroxyl ethylene oxide-tetrahydrofuran copolyether(MHPET)was synthesized by the cationic ring-opening polymerization of 3-hydroxylmethyl-3-methyloxetane in the presence of the hydroxyl-terminated ethylene oxide-tetrahydrofuran copolyether(PET)as macroinitiator,boron-trifuoride ethylether complex(BF3·OEt2)as the catalyst.The product was characterized by FT-IR,1 H-NMR,13 C-NMR and DSC.the results indicated that the hydroxyl groups of PET were transformed to multi-hydroxyl polyether,the glass transition temperature of MHPET was-61.9℃,the viscosity at 20℃was 22.09 Pa·s,The mechanical properties of polyurethane film cured by N100 wereδm=2.58 MPa,εb=121%at room temperature.
