摘要
传统的酚醛树脂涂料因其脆性较大,涂层易开裂,在许多工程中不会单独使用。以腰果酚代替苯酚、糠醛代替甲醛为原料,在酚醛摩尔比小于1,碱性催化剂作用下制备了热固性酚醛树脂涂料。讨论了反应温度和反应时间对涂膜性能的影响。采用红外光谱对腰果酚糠醛树脂的结构进行了表征;采用热重法对涂膜的热稳定性进行了分析;按照国家标准对其基本涂膜性能,机械性能和防腐性能进行了测试。结果表明:制备腰果酚糠醛树脂防腐涂料的最佳工艺条件为温度为90℃,反应时间90~120min,在此条件下制得的防腐涂料涂膜性能最佳。
Conventional phenolic resin coatings were susceptible to cracking due to their high brittleness,and are not used alone in many projects.Thermosetting phenolic resin coating was prepared by using cashew phenol instead of phenol,and furfural instead of formaldehyde as raw materials under the action of alkaline catalyst with phenolic molar ratio less than 1.The effects of reaction temperature and reaction time on film properties were discussed.The structure of the resin was characterized by infrared spectroscopy.The thermal stability of the coating film was analyzed by thermogravimetry.The basic film properties,mechanical properties and corrosion resistance were checked according to national standards.The results shown that the optimum conditions for the preparation of the resin were 90℃ and the reaction time was 90~120 min.The coating prepared under these conditions had the best coating performance.
