牵引速率对连续CF/PEEK预浸料成型及性能影响研究 被引量:1

摘要 为研究悬浮分散熔融浸渍法制备连续碳纤维增强聚醚醚酮(CF/PEEK)预浸料的最优牵引速率,针对预浸料成型过程,建立几何模型,模拟不同速率下预浸料的内部温度和黏度变化,并对不同牵引速率下制备的预浸料进行性能测试。结果表明,温度场模拟数据与实测数据误差小于4%,表明所建模型能对预浸料成型过程中的温度场进行较为准确的预估;当牵引速率为2m/min时,PEEK能够完全熔融并对碳纤维充分浸渍,此时制备的连续CF/PEEK预浸料尺寸稳定性高,断裂强力可达1897.4N。 In order to study the optimum traction rate of carbon fiber reinforced polyetheretherketone(CF/PEEK)continuous prepreg prepared by suspension dispersion melt impregnation method,the geometric models were established for the prepreg molding process to simulate the internal temperature and viscosity of prepregs,and testing the performance of prepregs at different rates.The results shown that the error between the temperature field simulation data and the measured data was less than 4%,which indicated that the model can accurately predict the temperature field during the prepreg molding process.When the traction rate was 2 m/min,the PEEK can be completely melted and impregnated the carbon fiber fully.At the mean time,the CF/PEEK continuous prepreg had stable size and a breaking strength of 1897.4 N.
