摘要
以木薯淀粉(CSt)、丙烯酸(AA)和二甲胺基丙基丙烯酰胺(DMAPAA)为主要原料,通过水溶液聚合法制备了CSt-g-AA-DMAPAA吸水树脂。使用红外光谱(FT-IR)、热重-红外同步分析(TGA-DTG-FTIR)和X射线衍射(XRD)对样品进行了表征。评价了样品在纯水和不同浓度NaCl、CaCl_(2)或AlCl_(3)盐水中的溶胀性能并分析溶胀动力学。结果表明:样品在200℃以下热稳定性良好,CSt从结晶态转变为无定型;样品在纯水中的溶胀符合二级动力学模型,在浓度5%的NaCl、CaCl_(2)或AlCl_(3)盐水中,溶胀倍率分别为18.09g/g、18.25g/g或19.24g/g;样品在超高浓度盐水中不聚沉,表现出良好的耐盐性能。
Using cassava starch(CSt),acrylic acid(AA)and dimethylaminopropyl acrylamide(DMAPAA)as main raw materials,CSt-g-AA-DMAPAA absorbent resin was prepared though solution polymerization.The sample was characterized using FT-IR,TGA-DTG-FTIR and XRD.Swelling properties of the sample in pure water and NaCl with different concentration,CaCl_(2) or AlCl_(3) brine were evaluated.Swelling kinetics was analyzed.The results showed that the samples had good thermal stability under 200℃.CSt changed from crystal to amorphous structure.The data of swelling was in accord with second-order kinetic model.Swelling ratio was 18.09 g/g,18.25 g/g and 19.24 g/g in a mass concentration of 5%NaCl,CaCl_(2) or AlCl_(3) brine,respectively.The sample did not precipitate in ultra-high concentration brine and it exhibited good salt-resistant properties.
