低温等离子体净化处理乳化废液工艺研究 被引量:1

摘要 采用介质阻挡放电产生低温等离子体的方式处理乳化废液,旨在探究等离子体处理该类废液的规律。系统研究放电时长、峰值电压、废液初始浓度和无机盐种类等因素对化学需氧量(COD)降解率和浊度去除率的影响规律。结果表明:废液初始浓度与处理效果呈负相关、加入无机盐有助于提升处理效果;增加放电时长、增大峰值电压有利于废液处理。通过正交试验确定影响乳化切削废液COD降解率因素的主次顺序为:放电时长(C)>峰值电压(B)>乳化废液初始浓度(A)>无机盐种类(D)。即按照1∶200配制的乳化废液,添加0.3000g无水氯化钙,放电峰值电压为30kV,放电时长为4h,COD降解率最好。经过实验验证,此时乳化切削废液COD降解率达87.46%。影响乳化切削废液浊度去除率因素的主次顺序为:峰值电压(B)>无机盐种类(D)>乳化废液初始浓度(A)>放电时间(C)。即按照1∶200配制的乳化切削废液,加入0.3000g无水氯化钙,放电峰值电压为35kV,放电时长为3.5h,浊度去除率最优。经过实验验证,此时乳化废液浊度去除率93.12%。本研究为乳化废液净化提供了一定借鉴。 Non-thermal plasma generated by dielectric barrier discharge(DBD)was applied to treat emulsified waste liquid.The purpose was to explore purification law of emulsion waste liquid by non-thermal plasma.The influence rule of discharge duration,peak voltage,initial concentration of waste liquid,inorganic salts on COD degradation rate and turbidity removal rate was investigated.It was found that the initial concentration of waste liquid was negatively correlated with the treatment effect.Adding inorganic salt could improve the treatment effect.Increasing discharge time and peak voltage were beneficial to waste liquid treatment.Through orthogonal test,the factors affecting the COD degradation rate of emulsified waste liquid were determined as follows:discharge duration>peak voltage>initial concentration of waste liquid>inorganic salts.The COD highest removal rate of emulsified waste liquid reached 87.46%,when the optimal conditions were as follows:the emulsified cutting waste liquid was prepared according to 1∶200.Adding 0.3000 g anhydrous calcium chloride,discharge voltage 30 kV,discharge time 4 h.Through orthogonal test,the factors affecting the turbidity removal rate of emulsified waste liquid were determined as follows:peak voltage>inorganic salts>initial concentration of waste liquid>discharge duration.The turbidity highest removal rate of emulsified waste liquid reached 93.12%,when the optimal conditions were as follows:The emulsified cutting waste liquid was prepared according to 1∶200.Adding 0.3000 g anhydrous calcium chloride,discharge voltage 35 kV,discharge time3.5 h.This research provided some basic datas and new theoretical basis for the purification of emulsified waste liquid.
