聚乙二醇基复合相变材料的制备及在沥青中的应用研究 被引量:4

摘要 基于温度诱凝法,制备了以聚乙二醇(PEG)为相变储热材料、二氧化硅干凝胶(SX)为支撑材料的复合相变材料,并通过孔径分析仪、渗漏试验、差示扫描量热仪红和热重分析仪对复合相变材料的储热特性、定形效果和热稳定性进行测试与表征,最后将其应用至沥青材料中,探究其对沥青性能的影响。结果表明,具有三维多孔结构的SX能够将PEG分子链段紧紧吸附,达到定形效果,且复合相变材料具有优良的相变储热性能和热稳定性;复合相变材料的掺入使得改性沥青的破坏温度呈上升趋势,增强其高温性能,但掺量增多不利于改性沥青的低温性能,因此掺量不宜过大。 Based on the temperature of coagulation method,a novel composite phase change material(PCM)with polyethylene glycol as phase change storage material and silica xerogels as supporting material was prepared.And the thermal storage property,thermal stability and shape-stabilized property of the composite were characterized by DSC,TG and heating tes.Finally,the composite were applied into the asphalt materials to explore their effects on the performance of asphalt.The results shown that silica xerogels with 3 Dporous structure can tightly adsorb the PEG molecular chain segment,and achieved the shape-stabilized effect.Owing to the addition of the composite,the failure temperature of modified asphalt shown a rising trend,and enhanced the high-temperature performance.The increase in its content was not conducive to the low temperature performance of modified asphalt,so the content should not be too large.
