大数据探析网民对预包装食品营养标签的使用反馈 被引量:1

Big data analysis of netizens’feedback on pre-packaged food nutrition labeling usage

摘要 目的获取我国网民对营养标签使用反馈,完善预包装食品营养标签制度。方法文章网络爬虫2013—2019年网民在新浪微博中对营养成分表、营养声称和营养成分功能声称的有效评论文本进行词云分析和情感分析。结果网民主要关注营养成分表标示的核心营养素,尤其是奶粉产品。虽然能从营养声称、营养成分功能声称了解功能营养,但一些营养声称存在信息虚假和夸张误导。营养成分表的负面评分占比较高(42.42%),营养声称和营养成分功能声称的中性评分占比都在60%以上。结论网民对营养标签的使用评价不高,亟待完善相关法规,强化监管与推行食品正面包装标签。 Objective To capture netizens’feedback on the nutrition labeling usage in China,improve the nutrition labeling system for pre-packaged food.Methods Netizens’valid comment texts on nutrition ingredient list,nutrition claim,nutrition ingredient function claim from 2013 to 2019 in Sina Weibo were collected by using web crawler to implement word cloud analysis and text sentiment analysis.Results It was found that netizens focused on the core nutrients from nutrition ingredient list,especially milk powder products.Although functional nutrition could be known from nutrition claim and nutrition ingredient function claim,there were false information and exaggerated misleading in some nutrition claims.The negative score of the nutrient ingredient list was relatively high(42.42%),and the neutral scores of nutrition claim and nutritional ingredient function claim were both above 60%.Conclusion Netizens’evaluation of nutrition labeling usage is not high,and it is urgent to improve the relative laws and regulations,strengthen supervision and promote food front of packaging labeling.
