基于文献计量的我国国际疾病分类法研究现状分析

Current Situation Analysis of International Classification of Diseases in China Based on Bibliometric Analysis

目的了解ICD分类法自2001年1月1日-2019年9月18日在我国的研究情况,为科研和医疗工作者深入展开相关研究提供借鉴。方法通过中国生物医学文献数据库、中国知网、万方数据库检索获取自2001年1月1日-2019年9月18日发表的相关中文文献并进行发文量、著者及其单位和地区、期刊、基金支持以及研究热点等分析。结果共纳入有效文献5499篇,年发文量自2002年以来呈逐年上升趋势,2014年开始呈下降趋势;82.05%的作者发文量为1篇,发文量超过10篇的作者合计占比不超2%,机构属性为医院占比达59.38%,发文数量存在明显的区域差异,广东和北京发文数量最多;《中国病案》是刊载ICD研究论文最多的期刊;基金支持论文占比增幅明显,但地区间对研究的支持力度存在较大差异。研究热点主要集中在针对住院患者进行疾病谱和病死率的统计分析、病案管理、死因监测等方面,从应用领域来看,主要应用于医院管理和进行流行病学研究。结论ICD相关研究重视程度明显增强,呈现出发文量增多,形成优势发文作者、发文单位、核心发文期刊,并获得越来越多的科研基金支持的态势,但地区间发展不平衡。应用领域有所拓宽,发展前景值得期待。

Objective To understand the research status of International Classification of Diseases(ICD)in China from January 1,2001 to September 18,2019 and provide thought for future research for scientific researchers.Methods Articles related to ICD were retrieved from CNKI,CBM and Wanfang database,date from January 1 st,2001 to September 18 th,2019,descriptive analysis including annual publication number,author,institution and region distribution,journal distribution,funds and research focus were performed.Results 5499 related articles were included.Temporal distribution showed that the annual publication number peaked in 2014.82.5%of author only published one article and those published more than 10 articles accounted for less than 2%of total.Among all articles,59.38%of them were from hospital institution.Regional distribution analysis showed an apparent difference between different regions,with Guangdong province and Beijing ranks first and second place at regional level.Chinese Medical Records was the journal that most of articles published in.Proportion of papers supported by funds increased significantly,but great differences in the support for research among regions were found.Statistical analysis of disease spectrum and mortality of hospitalized patients,medical record management and death cause surveillance are the main research focus in this filed.From the perspective of application,ICD was mainly used in hospital management and epidemic study.Conclusion Increasing importance has been attached to ICD,which showed a tendency to have more articles been published and more funds been invested,whereas situation of unbalanced development in regions existed at the same time.The application of ICD has been widened,and its future development is worth looking forward to.
