The detection of difficult cases is a great test for public security organs.Criminal psychological testing technology,as a technology serving for investigation and solving cases,can often play its own advantages and bring new breakthroughs to cases.This paper discusses the formation of difficult cases,and focuses on the unique advantages of criminal psychological testing technology in the process of solving difficult cases,such as distinguishing cases from non cases,breaking through suspects’confessions,finding accomplices,and serving litigation.On this basis,we should accurately grasp the applicable conditions of criminal psychological testing technology as a kind of dynamic testing technology.We should not blindly exaggerate its role,nor unilaterally deny its value,and scientifically apply it to investigation and court practice to promote its healthy development.
