体适能和体质测试在戒毒人员康复训练中的应用研究

Application Research of Physical Fitness and Physical Test in Rehabilitation Training of Drug Addicts

2018年司法部确立了全国统一的司法行政强制隔离戒毒工作模式,同时提出"以运动戒毒为引领,构建中国的戒毒体系"的核心目标。运动戒毒探索和康复训练工作成为我国司法行政戒毒工作的一大特色。以康复训练中心日常工作中比重较大的体适能和体质测试工作理论研究和应用情况为切入点,对体适能和体质的概念以及在戒毒人群中的应用情况着重阐述,借此提高戒毒场所康复训练专业人员的基础理论、科研和实践能力。

In 2018,the Ministry of Justice established the national unified judicial administrative compulsory isolation drug treatment work mode,and put forward the core goal of"taking sports drug rehabilitation as the guide,building China’s drug rehabilitation system",and sports drug rehabilitation exploration and rehabilitation training has become a major feature of China’s judicial administration drug treatment work.Based on the theoretical research and application of physical fitness and physical fitness test,which takes a large proportion in the daily work of rehabilitation training center,this paper focuses on the concept of physical fitness and physical fitness and its application in drug addicts,so as to improve the basic theory,scientific research and practical ability of rehabilitation training professionals in drug rehabilitation places.
