习近平关于新时代党的政治建设重要论述对马克思主义政党建设学说的创新性贡献主要表现在:从价值论的角度拓展了新时代党的建设总体布局,明确了党的政治建设在统揽推进“四个伟大”中的战略定位;从认识论的角度创造性提出了政治能力、党内政治生态等新概念新范畴,赋予党的政治建设新的时代内涵;从目标论的角度提出了党的政治建设的多重目标,并将“两个维护”作为加强党的政治建设的首要任务;从方法论的角度聚焦事关党生存发展的重大政治问题,提出了加强党的政治建设的总体思路和战略部署。

The innovative contribution of Xi Jinping’s discourse on the Party’s political building in the new era to the Marxist doctrine of party building is mainly manifested in the following aspects. From the perspective of value theory,it expands the overall layout of party building in the new era and clarifies the strategic position of party’s political building in promoting the "Four Greats";from the perspective of epistemology,it creatively puts forward a series of new concepts and categories such as political capacity and party’s political ecosystem,which adds a new contemporary connotation to the party’s political building;from the perspective of teleology,it proposes multiple objectives of the party’s political building,and regards "Two Safeguards"as the primary task of the party’s political building;from the perspective of methodology,it focuses on the major political issues concerning the survival and development of the Party,and puts forward the general idea and strategic plan for strengthening the party’s political building.
