苏陕协作背景下开放大学支持服务体系探究

Research on the Construction of Open University Support Service System in the Context of Su-Shan Cooperation

学习支持服务体系是开放大学教育教学工作有效运转的保障。江苏与陕西两省教育厅为开放教育协作架起了桥梁,是开放教育横向协作的典范。江苏开放大学在支持服务体系建设中突破了诸多关键难点,其在理论和实践中的经验值得我校借鉴。我们可以充分利用这一沟通协作机制,建立起有支持理论、有目标设定、有制度保障、有人员参与、有协调链接、有评估机制的全方位的学习支持服务体系。

Learning support service system is the guarantee of the effective operation of open university education and teaching.The education departments of Jiangsu and Shaanxi provinces have built a bridge for the cooperation of open education,which is the model of horizontal cooperation of open education.Jiangsu Open University has broken through many key difficulties in supporting the construction of service system,and its experience in theory and practice is worthy of reference.We can make full use of this communication and cooperation mechanism to establish a comprehensive learning support service system with supporting theory,goal setting,system guarantee,personnel participation,coordination link and evaluation mechanism.
