文章以习近平总书记近年来对脱贫攻坚作出重大部署为主导,在陕西广播电视大学对接帮扶安康市汉滨区开展脱贫攻坚工作中,积极发挥本校人才智力资源优势,以智力扶贫为导向,通过面向贫困群众开展产业培训促进产业升级、积极探索产业培训+产业扶持的脱贫新模式,促进当地扶贫工作卓见成效。

This article is led by General Secretary Xi Jinping’s major deployment of poverty alleviation in recent years.In the docking of Shaanxi Radio and TV University to help Hankang District of Ankang City to carry out poverty alleviation work,This paper discussed how to give full play to the intellectual resources of our talents,through industrial training for poor people to promote industrial upgrading,actively explore industrial training+industrial support new poverty alleviation model,explore how to improve industrial development,and conduct a comprehensive and in-depth analysis of how to prevent poverty.
