高校网球课课堂教学模式的研究与探索——以陕西工商职业学院为例

Research and Exploration of Tennis Class Teaching Mode of Colleges in Shaanxi Province——Taking Shaanxi Business College as an Example

近年来,随着网球运动的日益普及,包括高职院校在内的众多高等院校将网球运动纳入其体育课程之中,不过,网球课程在高职院校的开设面临诸如基础设施及器材缺乏、师资力量不足等诸多挑战。本文在对陕西省内部分高职院校网球运动发展现状调查的基础上,分析了其存在的主要问题,提出了引入“翻转课堂”的教学改革模式,并以陕西工商职业学院为例进行了网球课程改革。实践表明,“翻转课堂”能够有效弥补高职院校开展网球课程软、硬件条件的不足,激发学生对网球的热情,有利于实现基于“学生—院校—社会”的三层次教学目标,培养更多的“网球人”。

With the increasing popularity of tennis in recent years,many colleges and universities including the vocational higher educational institution have incorporated tennis into their physical education courses.However,the establishment of tennis courses faces many challenges in the vocational higher educational institution,such as the lack of infrastructure and equipment,and the shortage of teachers.Based on the investigation of the development status of tennis in some vocational higher educational institution in Shaanxi Province,this paper analyzes the main problems,puts forward the teaching innovation mode of"flipped classroom",and takes Shaanxi Business College as an example to carry out the curriculum reform of tennis.Practice shows that"flipped classroom"can effectively make up for the shortage of software and hardware conditions of tennis courses in vocational higher educational institution,stimulate students'enthusiasm for tennis,and help to realize the three-level teaching goal of"student-academy-society"and cultivate more"tennis players".
