The impact of COVID-19 on China’s grain prices and its countermeasures——Taking soybeans as an example

新冠肺炎疫情的流行造成了国际粮食价格的波动。大豆作为中国外贸依存度较高的农产品,受疫情的影响,其价格变化更为显著。以疫情为研究背景,分析大豆现状及其对大豆价格的影响,提出中国大豆不仅要抓住发展机遇,还要采取多项措施保障大豆市场平稳运行、制定大豆紧急预案、实施大豆多元化进口战略、推动粮食种植结构优化、培养大豆龙头企业和完善大豆产业链,切实稳定大豆价格及粮食安全。

COVID-19 has caused fluctuations in international grain prices.As an agricultural product with high dependence on foreign trade in China,the prices of soybean have changed more significantly under the influence of COVID-19.Taking the COVID-19 as the research background,this paper analyzes the current situation of soybeans and its impact on soybean prices,and proposes that as for China’s soybeans,we should not only seize development opportunities,but also take a number of measures to ensure the smooth operation of the soybean market,formulate emergency plans for soybeans,and implement a diversified soybean import strategy,promote the optimization of the grain planting structure,cultivate leading soybean enterprises and improve the soybean industry chain,and effectively stabilize soybean prices and grain security.
