摘要
从低温脱溶豆粕超声提取大豆染料木苷,水洗纯化染料木苷粗提物。通过单因素及正交试验,优化制备高纯度大豆染料木苷的最佳工艺条件为:乙醇浓度为70%、超声时间为40 min、提取温度为40 ℃、水洗纯化温度为90 ℃、染料木苷粗提物与水体积比为1:50(mL/mL)、压滤机的压强为0.25 MPa。此条件下制备的染料木苷纯度高达92.66%,更年期女性每人服用大豆染料木苷30 mg/d,具有类雌激素效应。研究结果对满足国民的大豆异黄酮类雌激素需求具有重要意义。
Soybean genistin was extracted from low-temperature desolved soybean meal by ultrasonic,and the crude extracts was purified by washing.Through single factor and orthogonal experiments,the optimum process parameters of high purity soybean genistin were as follows:ethanol concentration was 70%,ultrasonic time was 40 min,extraction temperature was 40 ℃,washing temperature was 90 ℃,volume ratio of genistin crude extracts and water was 1:50(mL/mL),pressure of filter press was 0.25 MPa.Under these conditions,the purity was 92.66%.Climacteric women take soybean genistin 30 mg/d per person.It had xenoestrogen effect.The study has significance on soybean isoflavones xenoestrogen demand of national.
