摘要
结合矿井斜巷运输实际情况,提出了一种新型纳米吸能矿用阻车器的设计方案。运用LS-DYNA软件建立了包括无轨胶轮车车身、车轮及阻车装置等部件的车辆失速碰撞仿真模型,进一步研究了阻车器材料摩擦因数、纳米吸能结构布置方式、车辆行驶速度等因素对阻车效果的影响。仿真结果表明,布置了纳米吸能结构的新型阻车器阻车效果良好,能大幅度降低制动距离;随着阻车器材料摩擦因数的增大,制动距离减小,但存在车辆翻滚的危险;随着车辆行驶速度的增大,制动距离增大。研究结果对阻车器的设计应用具有指导意义。
Combined with the actual situation of inclined roadway transportation in the mine,a design scheme of a new type of nano energy absorbing mine car arrester was proposed.The simulation model of vehicle stall collision including the body,wheel and car stop device of trackless rubber wheel was established by using LS-DYNA software.The influence of friction factor of car arrester material,arrangement of nano energy absorption structure and vehicle speed on the effect of car arrester was further studied.The simulation results show that the new type of car arrester with nano energy absorbing structure has good effect and can greatly reduce the braking distance.With the increase of friction factor of the car arrester,the braking distance decreases,but there is a risk of rolling over the vehicle;with the increase of the vehicle speed,the braking distance increases.The research results are of guiding significance to the design and application of the car arrester.
