摘要 手持气动式凿岩机或煤电钻、风钻广泛应用于煤矿综采工作面断层的炮眼施工,但劳动强度大、机动性差、安全性低。结合具体工况需求,设计一款适用于炮眼钻机的小型履带车体,以提高钻机在综采工作面中的通过性和机动性,提升了施工作业效率。对履带车体进行结构设计,并分析履带底盘的设计过程,经验证达到设计要求。 Hand held pneumatic rock drill,electric coal drill and pneumatic drill are widely used in the blasthole construction of fault in fully mechanized mining face of coal mine,but the labor intensity is high,the mobility is poor and the safety is low.Combined with the specific requirements of working conditions,a small crawler car body suitable for blasthole drill was designed to improve the trafficability and mobility of the drilling rig in the fully mechanized mining face,and improve the construction efficiency.The structure of the crawler car body was designed,and the design process of the track chassis was analyzed,and the design requirements were verified.
