摘要
以MG200/446-WD型薄煤层采煤机为研究对象,针对传统采煤机结构笨重、零部件易失效等问题,在分析了滚筒受力并创建了采煤机的Pro/E模型后,采用刚柔耦合虚拟样机技术和粒子群算法,优化了截割部行星架的参数,提高了行星架的寿命和采煤机的性能。
Taking MG200/446-WD type thin seam shearer as the research object,in view of the traditional structure of shearer problems such as bulky,parts easy to failure,after analyzed the force of drum and created the Pro/E model of the shearer,the rigid and flexible virtual prototyping technology and particle swarm optimization algorithm were applied,optimized the parameters of the planet carrier and improved the life of the planet carrier and the performance of the shearer.
