Cause Analysis and Improvement Measures for Oil Leakage of Coal Machine Equipment Reducer

通过分析矿用减速器的密封类型,找出了减速器漏油故障的主要原因为密封的质量、密封关联件的质量、结构设计和装配工艺。针对四方面原因分别提出了改进措施,有效避免了矿用减速器的漏油故障。

By analyzing the seal type of mine reducer,found that the main causes of oil leakage fault of mine reducer are the quality of seal,the quality of seal associated parts,the structure design and assembly process.The improvement measures were proposed respectively for the four aspects of causes,which can effectively avoid the oil leakage of mine reducer.
