摘要
以某型刮板输送机为研究对象,对刮板输送机主要结构及运动方式进行分析,基于PLC设计了刮板输送机链条保护系统,并对刮板输送机链条保护原理及控制程序进行研究和分析。结果表明,刮板输送机链条的张紧程度对链条实际使用寿命及故障率影响较大,该保护系统可以对刮板输送机张紧装置进行实时智能化控制和调整,从而实现对刮板输送机链条的保护,为刮板输送机及其他煤矿装备自动智能化控制及升级、刮板输送机链条故障率降低和使用寿命的延长提供理论依据。
Taking a certain type of scraper conveyor as the research object,the main structure and movement mode of the scraper conveyor have been analyzed,the chain protection system of scraper conveyor was designed based on PLC,and the principle and control program of the scraper conveyor chain protection have been researched and analyzed.The results show that the tension of the scraper conveyor chain has a greater impact on the actual service life and fault rate of the chain,the system can real-time intelligent control and adjust the scraper conveyor tension device to realize the protection of the scraper conveyor chain,which provides a theoretical basis for the automatic intelligent control and upgrade of the scraper conveyor and other coal mine equipment,the reduction of the fault rate and extension of service life of the scraper conveyor chain.
