摘要
针对智能化掘进装备运行状态参数无法远程动态显示和监控、装备数据无法有效整合和分析等问题,设计了智能化掘进装备远程数据采集与分析平台。该平台以C/S工作模式搭建数据传输架构,借助GDI+动态图形技术,实现对掘进装备数据的远程实时监控、动态图形化显示及状态分析诊断,为智能化掘进装备的远程控制、预警判别、工作面无人化提供了有效解决方法。
In view of the problems that the parameters of the running state of intelligent driving equipment cannot be displayed and monitored remotely,and the equipment data cannot be effectively integrated and analyzed,a remote data collection and analysis platform for intelligent driving equipment has been designed.The platform uses the C/S working mode to build a data transmission architecture.With the help of GDI+dynamic graphics technology,it can realize remote real-time monitoring,dynamic graphical display,status analysis and diagnosis of the data of driving equipment.The platform provides effective solutions for remote control,early warning and identification,and unmanned working surface of intelligent driving equipment.
