摘要
该文设计了聚二甲基硅氧烷在超临界二氧化碳中的溶解和增稠性能实验。分别复配了不同浓度的聚二甲基硅氧烷与助溶剂煤油体系,研究了其对超临界二氧化碳的溶解和增稠规律。结果显示:聚二甲基硅氧烷具有较好的增稠效果,而助溶剂煤油可以有效降低聚二甲基硅氧烷在超临界二氧化碳中的溶解压力。该实验有助于学生了解二氧化碳相态的变化,提高学生对超临界流体的认识,显著提升学生的实验能力和逻辑思维能力。
The experiment of solubility and thickening properties of polydimethylsiloxane in supercritical carbon dioxide is designed. Different concentrations of polydimethylsiloxane and cosolvent kerosene were compounded to study the solubility and thickening of supercritical carbon dioxide. The results show that polydimethylsiloxane has a good thickening effect, and kerosene can effectively reduce the dissolving pressure of polydimethylsiloxane in supercritical carbon dioxide. This experiment can help students to understand the change of phase state of carbon dioxide, improve their understanding of supercritical fluid, and significantly enhance their experimental ability and logical thinking ability.
