摘要
研制开发了模块化径向跳动自动检测仪,并依托模块化径向跳动检测仪,基于OBE理念对齿轮齿圈径向跳动测量实验进行了综合性设计与改造升级,包括实验教学目标设计、自主实验教学模块设计、问题导向的渐进式实验教学方法等。通过学生过程表现分析、实验报告分析和问卷调查分析等对径向跳动测量综合实验成效进行评价与改进,使得传统实验的OBE改造初见成效。
A modular automatic measurement instrument for radial runout is developed. By relying on the self-made automatic measurement instrument, and based on the OBE concept, the comprehensive design and upgrading of gear ring radial runout measurement experiment are carried out, including the design of experimental teaching objectives, the design of independent experimental teaching module, the problem-based progressive experimental teaching method and so on. Through the analysis of students’ process performance, experimental report analysis and questionnaire analysis, the comprehensive experiment effect of radial runout measurement is evaluated and improved. The OBE transformation of traditional experiment has achieved initial results.
