不同产地黄精中重金属含量差异以及限量标准 被引量:4

Differences in the content of heavy metals in Polygonati Rhizoma from different origins and the limit standards

摘要 对15个不同产地黄精进行8种重金属元素检测,比较不同产地差异,并与现行标准比较,衡量是否超标。称取样品用硝酸消解,赶酸,定容,过滤,仪器采用ICP-MS和ICP-OES。每种重金属在15个地区的分布中均呈现极显著差异,对比药典委员会对重金属限定,As和Cu元素均未超标,各有4个产地的Cd和Pb超标;对比各国家中草药重金属限定,As依然没有超标,但Cd与除了ISO的其他国家相比,10个产地不同程度超标;Pb超4国标准;对比唯一能查到Cr标准的加拿大和美国,Cr元素15个产地均超标;从食品角度,绝大多数产地的黄精As、Cd、Cr、Pb、Cu、Zn很可能已危害人体健康。不同种植环境极大影响黄精中重金属富集并且多地多种重金属均超标。 8 heavy metal elements from 15 different origins of Polygonati Rhizoma were examined to compare the differences between the different origins,and to compare with the current standards to measure whether the standards were exceeded.The samples were weighed and purified with nitric acid,acid extraction,constant volume,filtration,and the elements were tested with ICP-MS and ICP-OES respectively.The distribution of each heavy metal was highly significantly different in 15 plantations,and compared with the heavy metal limits in the draft of drug published by the pharmacopoeia committee,As and Cu elements were not exceeded.Cd and Pb were exceeded in 4 origins each;comparing with other countries,the As element from all plantations was still safe while the Cd from 10 plantations exceeded limits of all the countries only except ISO.Pb exceeded the standard in 4 countries;compared with Canada and the United States,where the only Cr standard can be found,Cr element exceeded the standard in 15 origins.As food,the contents of As,Cd,Cr,Pb,Cu and Zn in Polygonati Rhizoma from most areas have probably endangered human health.Conclusion:Different plantations greatly affected the enrichment of heavy metals in Polygonati Rhizoma and most of which have exceeded the limits.
