中国老年人信息技术采纳研究综述:文献计量与实证分析

Review of the Adoption of Information Technology for the Elderly in China:Bibliometric and Empirical Analysis

在老龄化与信息化的背景下,为探究老年人信息技术采纳的研究理论与影响因素,本文对国内老年人信息技术的相关文献进行了综述。首先,运用文献计量学方法得出高频关键词;其次,将老年人所使用的信息技术进行分类;最后,筛选出18个老年人信息技术采纳的影响模型,对各模型研究内容与变量进行对比总结,归纳出老年人信息技术采纳的综合模型。通过分析得出该研究领域最常用的理论模型为技术接受模型(technology acceptance model,TAM),影响作用最大的因素为感知有用性和感知易用性,计划行为理论(theory of planned behavior,TPB)中的主观规范与知觉行为控制影响最显著,技术采纳与使用整合理论(unified theory of acceptance and use of technology,UTAUT)模型的显著影响因素为绩效期望、社会影响与便利条件。

Under the background of aging and information technology,in order to explore the theories and influencing factors of the adoption of information technology for the elderly,this article reviews the domestic literature on the elderly information technology.First,use the bibliometric method to get high-frequency keywords.Secondly,classify the information technology used by the elderly.Finally,18 elderly information technology adoption models are selected,and the contents and variables of each model are compared and summarized,and a comprehensive model of the adoption of information technology for the elderly is summed up.Through comparative analysis,the study found that TAM is the most commonly used theoretical model in this field,and perceived usefulness and perceived ease of use serve as the most significant influencing factors.The influencing factors of TPB are subjective norm and perceived behavior control,and the significant factors in UTAUT model are performance expectation,social influence and facilitating conditions.
