摘要
对拉维娜、辛普森及CR-CR式3种2行星排并联行星轮系(Parallel of 2-row Planetary Gear Train,2-PGT)的常用输出形式及输出挡位进行分析。将3种2-PGT转化为4节点杠杆,对前2-PGT输出挡位数与后2PGT的输入点个数以及前、后2-PGT接合元件的布置进行分析,得出不同的连接方案,由平面图形判定法确定最终方案。通过配置各行星排特性参数及速比与效率的进一步计算,提出传动效率较高的4行星排10挡AT传动方案,与丰田4行星排10挡AT相比,其变速范围广、1挡传动比大、传动效率高。
The common output forms and output gears of 3 types of the Lavina,Simpson and CR-CR parallel of 2-row planetary gear train(2PGT)are analyzedFirst,3 types of 2-PGT is converted into 4-node leverageThen,the number of output gears of the front 2-PGT,the number of input points of the rear 2-PGT,and the arrangement of the front and rear 2-PGT joint elements are analyzed to obtain different connection schemesThe final scheme is determined by the plane figure judgment methodFinally,by configuring each planetary gear characteristic parameters and further calculation of speed ratio and efficiency,a 4 planetary rows 10-speeds AT transmission scheme with higher transmission efficiency is proposedCompared with the Toyota 4 planetary rows 10-speeds AT,the transmission range is wide,the transmission ratio of the first gear and the transmission efficiency is high.
