This paper has established a theoretical model for the job demands, job control, social support and the safety behavior performance of the hospital workers based on the JDCS model,in hoping to disclose the major influential factors and the relationship among the factors involved,so as to reduce the infection probability of the 2019-n Co V among the health care service workers. To achieve the above purposes,we have also managed to do a survey to the hospital workers from Shandong province and Beijing municipality,so as to determine and confirm the reliability and validity of the data we have gained by the survey. The results of our investigation show that all the variables enjoy highly reliable confirmation and validity.According to the correlation analysis,we have found that there exists a significant correlation among the job demands, job control and social. From the empirical results, the job demands influenced by the COVID-19 has indeed left over significant negative impact on the safety behavior of the hospital workers. This may indicate that the job demands tend to get split from the daily professional behavior routine of the hospital workers and lowered indeed their own safety protection awareness. For example, the job control and their social support have indeed had a significant positive impact on the safety behaviors of the hospital workers,i.e.the hospitals can and should help to heighten and improve the overall workplace safety by granting the autonomy and encouraging team collaboration. In addition, both the two-way interaction between the job demands and the job control, and the two-way interaction between the job demands and the social support are positively related to the safety performance of the hospital workers. And,in turn,as a rule, the hospital workers should increase and heighten their own control and social support to promote the safety performance caused by the job demands. Therefore,it should be said that the JDCS model can provide ideas and methods for the safety management of hospitals and clinics, and should be able to improve and optimize their safety management level.
