摘要
以沉香木粉为原料,分别研究了单一生物酶预处理、生物酶组合协同预处理以及微波辅助生物酶组合协同预处理对沉香精油提取效果的影响,明确了各预处理方式的最佳工艺条件,并对比了沉香木粉在预处理前后的形貌变化。结果表明,使用单一纤维素酶、果胶酶、碱性蛋白酶预处理的最佳精油提取率分别为6.48%、27.25%、8.26%,而生物酶组合协同预处理的最佳精油提取率可达32.12%。此外,微波辅助生物酶组合协同预处理后,沉香精油的提取率可高达38.08%,增长了约18.56%,其沉香精油有效物质含量约为63.86%。
Using agarwood powder as raw material, the effects of single biological enzyme pretreatment, biological enzyme combination cooperative pretreatment and microwave-assisted biological enzyme combination cooperative pretreatment on the extraction effect of agarwood essential oil were studied separately, and the optimal process conditions for each pretreatment method were clarified. The morphological changes of agarwood powder before and after pretreatment were compared. The results showed that the best extraction rates of essential oils pretreated with single cellulase, pectinase and alkaline protease were 6.48%, 27.25%, and 8.26%, respectively. The optimal extraction rate of essential oil could reach 32.12% by the biological enzyme combination cooperative pretreatment. In addition, it was also confirmed that the extraction rate of agarwood essential oil could be as high as 38.08% after the microwave-assisted biological enzyme combination cooperative pretreatment, an increase of about 18.56%. The effective substance content of agarwood essential oil was about 63.86%.
