通过ANSYS软件对造纸机压榨辊进行有限元分析并对其振动特性加以总结,详细阐述了压榨辊几何模型的创建方法和压榨辊有限元网格模型的生成原理,并根据压榨辊规格参数来计算预应力作用下的四阶模态,通过最终的模态分析结果来总结压榨辊振动特性。

The finite element analysis of the press roll of paper machine was carried out by ANSYS software, and its vibration characteristics were summarized. The creation method of the geometric model of the press roll and the generation principle of the finite element mesh model of the press roll were described in detail. The fourth-order mode under the effect of prestress was calculated according to the specification parameters of the press roll, and the vibration of the press roll was summarized through the final modal analysis results dynamic characteristics.
