桂枝茯苓胶囊联合米非司酮治疗方案在子宫肌瘤患者中的应用效果分析

Effect of guizhi fuling capsule combined with mifepristone in patients with uterine fibroids

目的探究桂枝茯苓胶囊联合米非司酮治疗方案对子宫肌瘤患者的临床疗效和应用。方法择选本院2018年8月至2019年8月收治的子宫肌瘤患者80例为研究对象,按随机分组原则,由计算机均分为两组,即对照组和研究组。对照组患者行单一米非司酮治疗,研究组在此基础上联合使用桂枝茯苓胶囊治疗。治疗后,分别就两组患者的子宫体积、肌瘤体积和血清性激素水平进行对比,并统计相关不良反应发生情况,评价两种方案的治疗效果。结果治疗后研究组患者的子宫体积和肌瘤体积明显小于对照组,且各项血清性激素水平优于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。两组患者的不良反应发生率对比结果,差异不存在统计学意义(P>0.05)。其中,研究组患者的子宫体积和肌瘤体积分别为(105.34±26.32)cm^(3)和(35.02±15.14)cm^(3),而对照组分别为(115.67±26.49)cm^(3)和(46.13±15.64)cm^(3),差异有统计学意义,P<0.05。结论桂枝茯苓胶囊联合米非司酮治疗方案对子宫肌瘤患者疗效显著,可有效缩小患者子宫和肌瘤体积,改善各项血清性激素水平,具有较高的临床应用价值。

Objective:To explore the clinical efficacy and application of guizhi fuling capsule combined with mifepristone in the treatment of uterine fibroids.Methods:80 Patients with uterine fibroids treated in our hospital from August 2018 to August 2019 were selected as the research subjects.According to the principle of random grouping,the patients were divided into two groups,namely the control group and the study group.Patients in the control group were treated with a single mifepristone,and the study group was treated with guizhi fuling capsules in combination.After treatment,the uterine volume,fibroid volume,and serum sex hormone levels of the two groups of patients were compared,and the incidence of related adverse reactions was calculated to evaluate the treatment effects of the two regimens.Results:After treatment,the uterine volume and fibroid volume of the study group were significantly smaller than those of the control group,and the serum sex hormone levels were better than those of the control group,and the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).There was no statistically significant difference in the incidence of adverse reactions between the two groups of patients,P>0.05.Among them,the uterine volume and fibroid volume of patients in the study group were(105.34±26.32)cm^(3) and(35.02±15.14)cm^(3),while those in the control group were(115.67±26.49)cm^(3) and(46.13±15.64)cm^(3).The difference was statistically significant.Meaningful,P<0.05.Conclusion:Guizhi fuling capsule combined with mifepristone has a significant effect on patients with uterine fibroids.It can effectively reduce the volume of uterine and fibroids and improve the serum sex hormone levels.It has high clinical application value.
