基于声发射的滑动轴承故障诊断实验研究

摘要 研究滑动轴承的故障声发射检测技术,旨在为其故障检测提供参考。以滑动轴承为研究对象,探究了其处于各个工作状态下的声发射信号特征;在300 MW汽轮发电机组模拟转子实验台上,利用该特征实验模拟工程实践中滑动轴承的几种非正常工况,并进行故障分析与诊断。研究结果表明:滑动轴承润滑油进口油温温升、断油时长变化、升降转速等参数变化均会不同程度地引起声发射信号的变化。因此,声发射技术能够作为汽轮机组滑动轴承故障诊断的补充。 The research on acoustic emission detection technology of sliding bearing fault can provide reference for the fault detection of sliding bearing. Taking the sliding bearing as the research object, the characteristics of acoustic emission signals under various working conditions were explored. On a 300 MW turbine generator simulated rotor test-bed, this characteristic experiment was used to simulate several abnormal working conditions of sliding bearing in engineering practice, and fault analysis and diagnosis were carried out.The results show that: the temperature rise of the lubricating oil inlet oil of the sliding bearing, the change of the oil cut-off time, the rise or fall speed and other parameters cause the change of acoustic emission signal in varying degrees. Therefore, the acoustic emission technology can be used as an alternative of the fault diagnosis of the sliding bearing of the steam turbine unit.
