基于合同能源管理的某钢铁厂钢渣有压热焖余热回收探析

摘要 针对江苏某钢铁厂钢渣处理过程产生的有压蒸汽回收发电进行了探究。钢铁厂采用先进的有压热焖技术处理钢渣过程产生有压蒸汽,经过处理的蒸汽利用螺杆膨胀机进行发电,实现能源回收。采用合同能源管理合作模式,投资方承担投资、技术风险,与钢铁厂共同分享节能收益,通过售电的方式回收成本并获取利润。 The research was conducted on the recovery of pressurized steam generated in the steel slag treatment process of a steel plant in Jiangsu for power generation. The steel plant uses advanced pressurized thermal stewing technology to process steel slag to produce pressurized steam, and the processed steam uses a screw expander to generate power and realize energy recovery. The project adopts a contractual energy management cooperation model. The investor assumes investment and technical risks, shares energy-saving benefits with the steel plant, and recovers costs and obtains profits by selling electricity.
