摘要
通过对某电厂年度能耗指标完成情况的分析,发现机组再热减温水量年完成平均值为5.09 t/h,未达到0 t/h的机组设计值,存在节能优化空间。对机组再热减温水流量大问题的原因进行了分析,明确了机组存在再热器两侧烟温偏差大、再热减温水调门内漏、再热减温水流量测点显示零点偏差等3个问题,并进行针对性治理,实现再热减温水量完成值在0.6 t/h左右,基本上达到设计值水平。
Through diagnostic analysis of the completion of the annual energy consumption indicators of a power plant, it is found that the average annual completion of the reheating and desuperheating water volume of the unit is 5.09 t/h, which does not reach the unit design value of 0 t/h, and there is room for energy-saving optimization. The reasons for the large reheat desuperheating water flow problem of the unit were analyzed, and it was clarified that there were three problems in the unit, namely, large flue temperature deviation on both sides of the reheater, internal leakage of the reheat desuperheating water valve, and zero deviation of the reheat desuperheating water flow measurement point. The targeted treatment related to the problems was carried out. The final realization of the reheat desuperheating water volume is about0.6 t/h, basically reaching the design value level.
