MOHURD Signed a Contract with the Shanghai Municipality to Co-Building a Chinese Sample of the Refined Construction and Governance of Mega-Cities On July 28,2020,MOHURD and the Shanghai Municipality signed a cooperation framework agreement for co-building a Chinese sample of the refined construction and governance of mega-cities.LI Qiang,Secretary of the Shanghai Municipal Party Committee of the Communist Party of China,WANG Menghui,Minister of MOHURD,and GONG Zheng,the Mayor of Shanghai Municipal attended the ministry and city cooperation symposium and witnessed the signing.JIANG Wanrong,Vice Minister of MOHURD and TANG Zhiping,Vice Mayor of Shanghai,signed the contract on behalf of both parties,with the attendance of ZHUGE Yujie,municipal leader.
