摘要
静脉输液是常用治疗手段。针对输液过程人工监测精度不足等问题设计了一套药液用量数显装置,用于精确测量药液的用量。给出了装置的硬件电路设计及元件选型、HMI界面设计、系统控制设计等,并进行了系统初步测试。药液用量数显装置可以有效减轻医护人员的工作强度,保证病人的输液质量,以达到预期效果。
Intravenous infusion is a common treatment. In order to solve the problem of insufficient accuracy of manual monitoring in the process of infusion,a set of digital display device is designed to accurately measure the dosage of liquid medicine. This paper presents the hardware circuit and system components.HMI interface design and system control design are also given. The preliminary test of the system is carried out. The device can effectively reduce the patient’s work intensity and ensure the quality of the patient.
