电除尘器F结构与GP结构对比分析 被引量:1

摘要 电除尘器是工业粉尘治理的主流设备,设备的型号和式样直接影响其投资。目前,钢铁冶炼的机头电除尘器市场上主要存在GP型和F型两大结构类型。分析比较了GP结构电除尘器的壳体宽大梁、双立柱、阴极系统的小框架、扁担梁等典型结构的特征和F结构电除尘器的壳体混合式梁、笼式阴极框架、套管式吊挂等典型结构的特征,剖析了各结构部件的优缺点,并得出在相同条件下,F型比GP型电除尘器质量低18%左右。 Electrostatic precipitator( ESP) is the main equipment of industrial dust control equipment and the structure of the equipment style directly affects its investment. At present,GP structure and F structure of ESP are two main structure types for iron and steel smelting dust control. The wide girder,double column,small frame,shoulder pole beam of GP structure and the hybrid beam,cage type cathode frame,extensiontype cathode hanging of F structure which are the characteristic features are analysed and compared. The advantages and disadvantages of each characteristic features are dissected. By comparing with some engineering examples,the weight of F structure is 18% lower than GP structure.
