摘要
伴随互联网技术和新媒体的迅猛发展,政务微信已成为政务信息公开透明、多元主体互动参与、公共服务效率改进的新利器。然而,当前政务微信功能定位模糊、运营管理不规范、信息回应不及时等问题影响了政府信任的生成。今后,应明确政务微信的功能定位,改进公共服务效率和效益,改革政务微信管理体制,提升政府信息发布权威性,及时回应公众诉求等,以进一步提升公众对政府的信任度。
With the rapid development of the internet technology and the new media,government WeChat has become a new powerful tool to promote the openness and transparency of government information,the interactive participation of multiple parties,and the improvement of public service efficiency.However,current government WeChat is faced with the problems of vague positioning of function,lack of standard in operation and management,and slow reply to the public’s requests,etc.which affect the generation of public trust in government.This article argues that the future development of government WeChat should focus on the following aspects in order to further elevate the public’s trust in government:clarifying the function positioning of government WeChat and improving the efficiency and effectiveness of public service;reforming the management mechanism of government WeChat and enhancing the authority of government information publicity;answering the public’s appeal in a timely manner and intensifying the enthusiasm of interaction between government and the public.
