摘要
中国与东盟国家的文化、民族记录影像作品一直被赋予着加深中国与东南亚国家文化与民族传统友谊,促进民心相通的使命。近年来,随着《光阴的故事》《中越友谊家庭纪事》《家在青山绿水间》等中外系列合拍纪录片的不断出品,潜移默化地增进了东盟各国对中国的了解,赢得了东盟各国民众的好感与认同。进入以新媒体为主导的国际传播新时代后,纪录片作为国际传播的重要方式依然发挥着不可替代的作用。本文以2020年庆祝中越建交70周年为研究背景,选取中越两国合作拍摄的最新纪录片《南溪河畔》为例,剖析了当前跨国合作拍摄纪录片在国际传播中的独特作用,并在“四全媒体”理论视域下梳理了纪录片国际传播存在的问题,提出了“一带一路”建设背景下有效提升跨国合作拍摄纪录片国际传播效果的建议。
The videosreflecting the culture and ethnicity of China and ASEAN countries have always been given the mission to deepen the cultural and ethnic traditional friendship between the regionsand promotethe people-to-people bonds.In recent years,Chinese-foreign co-produced documentaries have been produced,such as“The Story of Time”,“The Chronicle of Sino-Vietnamese Friendship and Family”,and“Home in the Green Mountains and Clear Waters”,which help the ASEAN countries subtly enhance their understanding of China and win the favor and recognition of China from their people.After entering a new era when international communication is dominated by new media,documentaries still play an important and irreplaceable role.This article selects the latest documentary“Nanxi Riverside”jointly shot by China and Vietnam as an example andanalyzes the unique role of the current transnational cooperative filming of documentaries in international communication.It also sorts out their existing problems from the perspective of the“Four Omni-media”,and puts forward the suggestions for promoting international communication throughthe documentary filming by transnational cooperation under the Belt and Road Initiative.
