肠道菌群和抗生素与肾结石的形成 被引量:7

Intestinal flora,antibiotics and formation of kidney stones

摘要 肾结石是一种常见的泌尿系统疾病,其形成机制较为复杂,目前研究发现肾结石的形成与肠道微生物有关,如产甲酸草酸杆菌、双歧杆菌、乳酸杆菌、大肠埃希氏菌等,同时发现抗生素的使用易增加肾结石形成风险,本文就肠道菌群、抗生素与肾结石形成之间的关系作一综述。 Kidney stones are a common urinary system disease,and its formation mechanism is complicated.The current studies found that the formation of kidney stones was related to intestinal microbes,such as Oxalobacter formigenes,bifidobacteria,lactobacilli,Escherichia coli,etc.At the same time,it is found that the use of antibiotics is likely to increase the risk of kidney stone formation.This article reviews the relationship between intestinal flora,antibiotics and the formation of kidney stones.
