血管性介入治疗重度产后出血和结局分析

Application of interventional therapy in severe postpartum hemorrhage

目的:探讨血管性介入治疗对重度产后出血的临床价值。方法:分析我院3例重度产后出血患者的基本信息,出血情况、介入治疗效果以及产后随访结果。结果:3例患者发生重度产后出血,采用血管性介入治疗均治愈,但是术后随访半年,月经恢复情况不同。结论:血管性介入治疗重度产后出血,可以帮助患者保留子宫,是有效的救治方法,但是由于样本量太小,需要扩大样本量,以便对该技术应用于治疗难治性产后出血的临床效果进行科学的评价。

Objective: To analyze the effect of interventinal therapy in severe postpartum hemorrhage. Methods: We reports 3 cases of pregnancy patients with severe postpartum hemorrhage, caused by different reasons. The effect of interventional therapy were analyzed. In the paper we also analyzed the timing of interventional therapy and the outcome of pregnancy in all cases, including postoperative bleeding, complications and follow-up results. Results: In 3 cases of pregnancy, severe postpartum hemorrhage were cured and in 1 case, but other two cases were not cured. Conclusion: Interventional treatment of severe postpartum hemorrhage is an effective treatment method to help preserve the uterus. In the paper the sample size is too small, so we need to expand the cases in order to scientifically evaluate the clinical effect of this technology in the treatment of severe postpartum hemorrhage.
