梅州城区部分公共场所水中嗜肺军团菌污染状况分析 被引量:6

Contamination status of Legionella in partial public places of Meizhou city

摘要 目的了解梅州城区部分公共场所水中嗜肺军团菌污染状况,为卫生部门日常监管提供依据。方法选取梅州城区医院、商场、酒店和学校各10家,每个单位分别选取采集空调冷却水、自来水、淋浴水和内外部景观水采样点各5个,通过培养法和荧光定量PCR法检测各水样嗜肺军团菌污染情况。结果 200份空调冷却水中,共检出嗜肺军团菌76株(38.00%);200份自来水中,共检出嗜肺军团菌35株(17.50%);200份景观水中,共检出嗜肺军团菌24株(12.00%);150份淋浴水中,共检出嗜肺军团菌31株(20.67%)。四种场所各类水样嗜肺军团菌检出率差异无统计学意义(P>0.05),不同类型水样的检出率差异有统计学意义(P<0.001)。132株嗜肺军团菌共分离到9种血清型,以LP1型(56.82%)最常见。结论梅州地区公共场所水中嗜肺军团菌污染状况比较严峻,卫生监督部门需制定相关措施以降低其污染状况。 Objective To understand the Legionella pneumophila contamination status in some public places in Meizhou city,and provide a basis for daily supervision of the health department.Methods Hospitals,shopping malls,hotels and schools in Meizhou city were chosen for the study,10 in each category;5 sampling points were selected in each unit for air conditioning cooling water,tap water,shower water and internal and external landscape water.Legionella pneumophila was detected by culture method and real-time PC.R.Results 76(38.00%) strains of Legionella pneumophila were detected in200 samples of air-conditioning cooling water;35(17.50%) strains of Legionella pneumophila were detected in 200 samples of tap water,and 24(12.00%) strains of Legionella pneumophila were detected in 200 samples of landscape water;31(20.67%) strains of Legionella pneumophila were detected in 150 samples of shower water.There was no significant difference in the Legionella pneumophila detection rate of various types of water samples from different units(P>0.05),and the Legionella pneumophila detection rate of different types of water samples was significant different(P<0.001).132 strains of Legionella pneumophila were isolated and grouped as 9 serotypes,with LP1 type(56.82%) as the most common serotype.Conclusions The situation of Legionella pneumophila contamination in public places in Meizhou was relatively serious.The health supervision department needs to formulate relevant measures to reduce its pollution status.
