液态危险品船舶的远程监视报警系统设计 被引量:1

摘要 为了有效监测液态危险品船舶运输过程中液货舱液位、压力、温度和惰性气体含量等安全状态参数的实时状况,采用单片机作为微处理器,设计数据采集与处理模块;基于北斗定位与短报文通信技术,实现船舶数据远程传输,并在B/S架构下开发岸基监控报警管理平台,完成液态危险品船舶远程监视报警系统的研发,最后通过实验平台和实船,对系统性能进行测试试验。结果表明,该船舶远程监视报警系统不仅能够实时显示、监测、存储船舶安全状态参数,同时可以实现报警和智能预警功能,以降低船舶事故风险,保障航行安全。 In order to effectively monitor real-time changes of safety status parameters such as the liquid level,pressure,temperature and inert gas content of the liquid cargo tank during the transportation of liquid dangerous goods ships,a single-chip microcomputer was used as the microprocessor in this investigation.The data acquisition and processing module was designed to realize the remote transmission of ship data based on BeiDou positioning and short-message communication technology.Depending on the shore-based monitoring and alarm management platform developed under the B/S architecture,the remote monitoring and alarm system(RMAS)for liquid dangerous goods ships was finally designed and built.The system performance test experiments were also carried out through experiment platform and actual ship installation.The results showed that the RMAS in this paper could not only display,monitor,and store the safety state parameters of the ship in real time,but also could effectively realize the basic and intelligent early warning functions to minimize the risk of ship accidents and ensure the safety of navigation.
