高校档案工作与校史展馆工作的协同发展机制研究

Research on the Coordinated Development Mechanism of University Archival Work and School History Exhibition Work

高校档案工作与校史展馆工作之间有着千丝万缕的联系,为探寻两者之间协同发展的可能性,笔者选取区域部分有代表性的高校为对象展开调研。在了解现状的基础上,透析影响两者协同发展的主要因素,以此为引,笔者从提高政治站位、跨部门交流机制、文化育人机制、质量保障机制、文化宣传机制五个层面建立协同发展机制,探索性地提供了两者协同发展的主要思路。

There is an inextricable connection between university archival work and school history exhibition work.In order to explore the possibility of coordinated development between the two,the author selects some representative universities in the region to research.Based on the understanding of the current situation,the main factors affecting the coordinated development of the two are analyzed.Based on this,the author establishes the coordinated development mechanism form five aspects:improving political standing,cross-department communication mechanism,cultural education mechanism,quality assurance mechanism and cultural propaganda mechanism,which provides an exploratory main idea for the coordinated development of the two.
