新时代,随着大数据、云计算、人工智能等计算机网络技术的不断进步和普遍应用,面对档案资源、工作模式、工作要求和人们思维观念的不断变化,通过分析当前高校档案管理体制的现状和存在的不足,认为高校档案管理体制应从机构设置、内部结构、制度规范、工作流程等方面进行改革或调整,以适应时代要求,更好地发挥功能。

In the new era,with the continuous improvement and universal application of big data,cloud computing,artificial intelligence and other computer network technologies,and in the face of the continuous changes in archives resources,work mode,work requirements and people's thinking concepts,the paper analyzes the current situation and existing shortcomings of the archives management system in colleges and universities and believes that the archives management system in colleges and universities should be reformed or adjusted in institution setting,internal structure,institutional norm,work process and so on,in order to meet the requirements of the era and better play their functions.
