摘要
文章对高校巡察档案的定义、价值与内容进行探索性解释,分析了高校巡察档案管理存在归档范围与保管期限表尚未明确、归档年度难以统一、整理过程中"卷""件"混杂、开发利用与信息化建设中受到保密限制等问题,并针对上述问题提出相应的解决建议,以期为高校巡察档案管理这一高校档案管理新领域提供参考。
This paper provides an exploratory interpretation of the definition,value and content of inspection archives in colleges and universities,and analyzes the problems existing in the management of inspection archives in colleges and universities,such as the unclear filing scope and preservation schedule,the difficulty in unifying the filing year,the confusion of archival arrangement,the limitation of confidentiality in the development and utilization of archives and informatization construction.Meanwhile,it puts forward corresponding solutions to the problems above in order to provide reference for the inspection archives management,a new field of archives management in colleges and universities.
