摘要
近年来,工业废盐的产生量越来越大,对周围环境造成一定影响。研究废盐的处置具有重要的意义。废盐的主要处置方法,包括源头控制、综合利用、末端治理等。首先应从清洁生产考虑,改进原料、工艺路线设备等尽量选用不产生或少产生废盐的路线,提高母液、清洗水等的重复利用率,减少其产生量。另外优先考虑综合利用。无法利用的废盐采用末端治理,有物理法、氧化法、热处理法、填埋法等,根据污染物特征选择,可采用多种组合法处理。
In recent years,the amount of industrial waste salt is increasing,which has a certain impact on the surrounding environment.It is of great significance to study the disposal of waste salt.The main disposal methods of waste salt include source control,comprehensive utilization,end treatment,etc.First of all,we should consider cleaner production,improve raw materials,process route and equipment,try to choose the route that does not produce or less waste salt,improve the reuse rate of mother liquor and cleaning water,and reduce the production.In addition,priority should be given to comprehensive utilization.The unusable waste salt can be treated by terminal treatment,including physical method,oxidation method,heat treatment method,landfill method,etc.According to the characteristics of pollutants,a variety of combination methods can be used for treatment.
