1-环己基乙胺的合成工艺研究

摘要 以α-苯乙胺为原料,Pd/C为催化剂,通过催化加氢制备1-环己基乙胺。通过正交实验确定了最佳反应条件:最佳温度为120℃,最佳压力为6.0 MPa,最佳转速为600 r/min,催化剂最佳用量为3%,再通过验证实验确定正交实验结果有较好的重复性,平均收率为91.24%。本研究所得结论对指导相关研究和工业化生产有重大意义。 1-cyclohexyl ethylamine was prepared by catalytic hydrogenation ofα-phenylethylamine with Pd/C catalyst.The optimum reaction conditions were determined by orthogonal experiment:the optimum temperature was 120℃,the optimum pressure was 6.0 MPa,the optimum rotational speed was 600 R/min,and the optimum amount of catalyst was 3%.The results of orthogonal experiment had good repeatability and the average yield was 91.24%,which was of great significance to guide related research and industrial production.
