金银花和山银花指纹图谱及谱效关系的研究进展

Research Progress about Fingerprints and Spectrum-Effect Relationship of Honeysuckle and Wild Honeysuckle

金银花和山银花是日常生活中常用的药材,具有预防、治疗疾病作用和保健功能,而不同产地药材在成分和含量上的差异会影响到药材本身的功效。建立指纹图谱,研究谱效关系对评价金银花和山银花的质量具有重要意义。本文总结了目前研究两种药材常用的指纹图谱方法以及谱效关系的研究进展,总结金银花和山银花的化学成分以及起主要药效的成分峰,为进一步深入研究奠定了基础。

Honeysuckle and Wild Honeysuckle are commonly used medicinal materials in daily life.They have functions about prevente disease,treat disease and health care.The difference of medicinal materials from different origins in composition and content will affect the efficacy of the medicinal materials.Establishing fingerprints and studying the relationship between spectrum-effects are of great significance to the evaluation of the quality of Honeysuckle and Wild Honeysuckle.This article summarizes the current research on the commonly used fingerprinting methods of the two medicinal materials and on the relationship between spectrum effects,and summarizes the chemistry of Honeysuckle and Wild Honeysuckle as well as the peaks of the main medicinal effects,lays the foundation for in-depth research.
